NotesNote:  If you are signing up as a BSP, contact Arattai support at support@arattaibusiness.in.

What Your Account Looks Like After Sign-up

Your account is organised into three levels:

  • Company: the account you create at sign-up. It holds every business and number in your account.

  • Business: a brand, outlet or product line under the company. Each business has its own templates, mini apps and test recipients, and carries its own verification status.

  • Number: an Arattai Business Account your customers can message. Each business can have multiple numbers under it.

What's Available on the Platform

  • Messaging APIs: two types: customer-initiated messaging (opens a free 48-hour reply window) and business-initiated messaging (pre-approved promotional, transactional or authentication messages).

  • Mini apps: lightweight web pages that open inside Arattai, letting customers browse a catalogue, check a booking or complete a task without leaving the chat.

  • Test recipients: developer Arattai accounts you can freely message for testing, before going live.

  • Wallet: a prepaid balance that template messages draw from. You are only charged for messages that are delivered.

  • Developer tools: access tokens and webhooks for connecting your systems to Arattai Business Platform.

What Happens After You Sign Up

Signing up creates your company on the platform, but there are a couple of steps before you can reach your real audience.

You can start building straight away by adding a business, linking a phone number and adding test recipients. To message real customers, your company needs to go through verification.
