While your company or business is unverified, certain parts of the platform are restricted. exactly what you can and cannot do at each stage.

While Your Company Is Unverified  

You will not be able to:

  • Add more than 1 business under your company

  • Apply for business verification

  • Invite additional admin users onto the platform

Important - Customers can still find your number.

If you add a business phone number before verification and a customer finds your business profile by adding your phone number in their Arattai contacts, the profile is visible to them. Any message they send, however, never reaches you.
