Age is measured from the date of the top-up to the date of the request.
Age of the top-up | Maximum refundable |
0 to 30 days | 100% of the top-up |
31 to 60 days | 50% |
61 to 90 days | 25% |
Over 90 days | Not refundable |
The refundable amount is the lower of the unused balance and the ceiling for that age band.
Credits already consumed are not refundable.
