An invoice is your monthly usage statement. A receipt is proof of a top-up payment.
| Invoice | Receipt |
What it is | Your monthly statement of usage | Proof of a payment you made |
What it covers | Messages delivered over the period, and what they cost | A single top-up transaction |
When it is issued | Monthly | Every time you add funds |
Field | What it shows |
Invoice ID | The reference for this invoice |
Bill name | The name the invoice is issued to |
Breakdown | Per message type: how many were delivered and the unit price for each |
ABA (Arattai Business Account) overview | Usage broken down across your business accounts |

Reconciling a bill: The breakdown is what you use to reconcile against your own send logs. If a total looks wrong, compare the delivered count per message type against your own records of delivery events, not against how many API calls you made. Only delivered messages are charged.Go to Billing and open Invoice.
Select an invoice from the history to open it.
Use View invoice to read it, or download the latest one directly.
If there is an amount outstanding, Pay now settles it.
Note: You are notified when a new invoice is ready to download. Invoice history is kept in the console.Every top-up produces a receipt confirming the amount paid and when.
