Warning: This cannot be undone. Deleting a business permanently removes everything under it and stops every automation connected to that content. What | What happens |
Numbers | Every number linked to the business is removed. Customers can no longer reach them. |
Templates | Every template, in every language, including approved ones. Approval is not recoverable, a replacement goes through review again. |
Mini apps | Every mini app created under the business, pinned or not. |
Test recipients | Every test recipient linked to the business, along with their verification. |
Verification status | Deleting a business removes its verification status and the submitted details. |
Anything connected to the deleted content stops working. That includes:
API calls sending those templates
Webhooks configured against those numbers
Any workflow that opens one of those mini apps
API calls referencing a deleted template or number will start failing.
Warning: If your systems send messages through this business, take them out of service before you delete it.Before you delete a business, check:
Which numbers are linked, and whether customers are actively messaging them.
Which templates your systems send, and whether any are approved and in use.
Where your mini apps are pinned and which templates use them.
Whether any integration references this business, its numbers or its templates.
The business detail view lists its associated numbers and templates.
Go to the Business section, and find the business you want to edit.
Select the more menu at the end of the row.
Choose Delete.
Confirm the deletion.

Note: A deleted business cannot be restored. If you need the same brand again later, you create it new and take it through verification again.
