If your company runs a single customer-facing business, one business unit is all you need. Create more when you run operations that should look and behave separately to customers, for example, a restaurant group with different concepts, a retailer with regional storefronts, or distinct product lines with their own identity.
Each business keeps its own verification status, so one being under review or rejected does not affect the others. Billing stays consolidated at company level.
Go to the Business section, select Add business.
Enter the business name and set a business picture, then select Create Business.
If your company is already verified, you will be prompted to verify this newly created business. You can apply for verification now, or skip to do it later.
If your business is the same legal entity as your verified company, you can use the company's details for verification and it is marked verified immediately.
Otherwise, continue through authorised representative verification and document upload.
The business appears in the list with Verification in process. While it is under review, messaging from it is limited to test recipients.
