How to Prove Your Authorisation on Arattai Business Platform

During verification, you need to confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the business. You can do this either by verifying your website domain or by uploading documents. This article walks through both.

Two routes to prove authorisation  

Option 1: Website Domain Verification  

Use this if you manage the business website or can reach whoever does.

  1. Select Website domain as your verification route.

  2. Download the verification file. It is a single HTML file, valid for 48 hours.

  3. Upload it to your website at the exact path shown in the UI, unchanged. 

    The path follows this format: www.yourbusiness.com/abp-verification.html.

  4. Return to the verification screen and select Verify now. Arattai checks that the file is reachable at that address.

  5. If the file expires before you finish, select Re-generate verification file to get a new one, then repeat from step 2.


Option 2: Document Verification  

Use this if you do not have a business domain or cannot complete domain verification.

You will need a government-issued photo ID and, if you are not a listed director or owner, an authorisation letter on company letterhead.
