Your messaging does not stop the instant the balance hits zero. The wallet is allowed to go negative, up to an amount limit and a time limit.
Trigger | What sets it off | What stops |
Amount | Your balance reaches the negative limit | Template messages stop immediately, on whatever day it happens |
Time | 30 days in negative | Everything stops, except console sign-in |
Which trigger you meet first depends on how much you send. A heavy sender can reach the amount limit within days. A lighter sender may never reach it and meets the 30-day limit instead. Your current balance and limit are shown in the console.
Service | In negative (before the limit) | At the negative limit | At day 30 |
Template messages | Running | Stopped | Stopped |
Conversational messaging | Running | Running | Stopped |
Mini apps | Running | Running | Stopped |
Test recipients | Running | Running | Stopped |
Discovery in the Arattai app | Running | Running | Stopped |
Console sign-in | Running | Running | Running |
Your business numbers stop being discoverable, so new customers cannot find you, and messages your existing customers send no longer reach you.
Console sign-in survives both blocks by design. A business that cannot sign in cannot settle its dues, so access to the console is never withdrawn for non-payment.
Top up your wallet. Clearing the dues lifts every block instantly, template messages resume, discovery returns, and customer messages start arriving again. There is no reinstatement process and no waiting period.
Reminder emails go out as the dues age, telling you when services will stop so you can pay in time and avoid downtime.
